Jiangsu Luyuan New Materials Co., Ltd. cooperated with the National Key Laboratory of Fire of China University of Science and Technology, and successfully developed a structural high-flame-retardant polyurethane energy-saving insulation material. It has been tested by the national authority and the fire rating has reached the requirements of GB8624A.

　　Lin Yongfei, chairman of Luyuan Company, said that polyurethane inorganic composite panels have excellent thermal insulation properties of polyurethane. The B1 grade polyurethane material is used as the core material, and the tensile strength and tensile bond strength are high. The system has excellent weather resistance, impact resistance, water absorption capacity, freeze-thaw resistance and water-repellent properties of the surface layer. The composite panel and the wall have strong adhesion and can support the load of a variety of exterior materials.

　　At present, the company has more than 20 patents for polyurethane building energy conservation and 6 invention patents. It has built a production line of A-grade fire-resistant inorganic composite board with an annual output of 8 million square meters, and established production bases in Beijing and Shenyang.
